server won't accept my password

I keep trying to log into my suzeeq1@me.com account but it says "server needs my password" so I put it in and then it says I need to enter my new password. I've changed the password several times yet it still won't accept it. HOW can I get into my account? Please help me.

Are you using 2-step authentication?
