I'm on Firefox 50.1.0 on Mac OS X 10.12.2. Since my last Firefox update, I cannot watch Netflix or Amazon without receiving Widevine CDM crashes. I've tried doing a "refresh" as well as deleting Firefox, and installing new, with the same results. The only way for me to watch content on these sites is to disable Widevine CDM and fall back to MS Silverlight. That isn't even an option on some Amazon content.

Are there any more in depth things to try to get Widevine to stop crashing so I can watch content?

I also just tried deleting the Firefox application and completely removing my profile information from ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox as well and installing from scratch, same issues

Hey Ed, Thanks for the suggestion, but this isn't a Firefox crash, it is a Widevine CDM crash. Firefox still works for all other browsing fine, but any content that utilizes the Widevine CDM plugin does not work (Netflix, Amazon, etc)
