Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?
Monster does not come up at all--it just runs for an extended period of time and just keeps going and shows a blank page.
Clicking on a link inside of an email shows nothing on the page but this is in the seach: https://mail.google.com/_/scs/mail-static/_/js/k=gmail.main.en.khUFNOKniXg.O/m=pds,pdl,pdit,m_i,pdt,t/am=ccE8IN8PAS4zYFylGYTZn_nLp-HR3G___x9AQgXwDfhv7iPw4wAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEALik8/rt=h/d=1/rs=AHGWq9BRCKVeX2cI-804d8av6dOnpSypwA or I can get: If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.(I have never given access for anything before and I have been a member of various email newsletters for years)

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
You will need to restart Firefox for this to take effect so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.,) and then perform these steps:
In Firefox 54 and below:
- Click the menu button and select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac, Linux).
- Select the Advanced panel and the General tab.
- Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
- Close Firefox completely and then restart Firefox to see if the problem persists.
In Firefox 55 and above:
- Click the menu button and select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac, Linux).
- Select the General panel.
- Under Performance, uncheck Use recommended performance settings. Additional settings will be displayed.
- Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
- Close Firefox completely and then restart Firefox to see if the problem persists.
Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!
If the problem is resolved, you should check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in these Knowledge base articles:
Remove History For One Site
Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.
I have cleared cache and cookies and restart my computer and zero difference. I appreciate the directions but I do not find a 'refresh' or other things mentioned accept the clearing.
Please provide public link(s) (no password) that we can check out. No Personal Information Please !
Unable to connect I get this message for many sites that I have been accessing for years:
Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at careerlink.marketing.org.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
The page is white when clicking on a link within an Oprah.com newsletter-this is what is in the search boxhttps://mail.google.com/_/scs/mail-static/_/js/k=gmail.main.en.khUFNOKniXg.O/m=pds,pdl,pdit,m_i,pdt,t/am=ccE8IN8PAS4zYFylGYTZn_nLp-HR3G___x9AQgXwDfhv7iPw4wAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEALik8/rt=h/d=1/rs=AHGWq9BRCKVeX2cI-804d8av6dOnpSypwA
I can send some more tomorrow when I receive various search agents from different websites but it is either one of the 2 responses above or (like with monster.com) nothing shows at all and it just continues to search with a blank page.
thank you
I had no problem with your links.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

I am not interested in removing any of my security programs and since this is because Firefox changed something not dozens of websites and links; I am having to go through too much effort to accommodate Firefox.
I had read what you sent so sending what is posted is not useful, I spent time trying to find the solution before posting to this forum.
Finding the cause should bring a solution.
so far, nothing has worked--and of course finding the cause is the goal
