A friend has one legit email, but I receive many emails "from" this guy with various wrong addresses, is there one filter for this?

Joe Blow is Joe Blow@mac.com I receive several emails a month. Each one is headed FROM Joe Blow, but each one has a DIFFERENT, phony return edress. I can filter each one out, but different ones continue to arrive. I would like to allow Joe Blow messages ONLY from the legal sender. The filter window does not seem to let me do this.

If you created a custom header for Reply-to by selecting Customize in the filter criterion drop-down (see picture 1), you could then make a filter as shown in picture 2.
