How can I use Firefox when version 57.0 uses 100% of CPU always?
Latest version of Firefox is unusable due to constant 100% CPU usage. I need a solution.

Operating System Windows 10 Pro 64-bit CPU Intel Core i7 6700 @ 3.40GHz 77 °F Skylake 14nm Technology RAM 16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1063MHz (15-15-15-36) Motherboard HP 802F (CPU0) Graphics HP E272q (2560x1440@59Hz) Intel HD Graphics 530 (HP) Storage 256GB Crucial_CT275MX300SSD1 (SSD) 70 °F Optical Drives hp HLDS DVDRW GUD1N Audio Realtek High Definition Audio
Of that, FF57 is at CPU 1.1%, and FF57 memory is 900 MB

Could you try restarting Firefox in its Safe Mode? In Safe Mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.
If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.
If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
and OK the restart.
Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).
Any improvement?
