Why can't I open turnitin feedback page in Firefox?
Whenever I try to open the turnitin feedback page for a paper I uploaded on moodle for one of my university courses, a new page opens but it stays blank regardless of how much time passes by. See below for a screenshot of this blank page. At bottom left, it says "Transferring from turnitin..." but it never actually opens. Sometimes the turnitin logo appears for just like one second and then it immediately disappears.
- I have already tried to use safe mode. It also happens in the safe mode. So, I don't think this happens because of the plugins/extensions.
- It is also not related to cookies or permissions because I tried to delete all data and give all permissions to the site but it also did not help.
- On tablet and phone applications of Firefox, the turnitin feedback opens without any problems, but the desktop application is problematic.

I'm using FIrefox 57.0 and I've just submitted a total of 3 submissions to turnitin today and its working fine for me. But I did sometimes face such issues which occurs with my peers whom are not using Firefox, so the issue was with turnitin.
Submission is not a problem for me too. I can submit papers, but the problem is opening them again (when the instructor gives a feedback on it, for example). I cannot open them again, just this blank page appears when I try to open a submitted paper of mine.
Yes I am able to view the feedback window (screenshot). Have you tried with other desktop browsers?
Yes, the page opens up in different browsers. I tried Google Chrome and Edge. They work perfectly. I don't understand the problem with Firefox.
