I've refreshed Firefox on my account. My wife also has an account on the same machine. Do I need to refresh Firefox under her account as well?

Each profile of FF needs to update to work properly.

Each profile of FF needs to update to work properly.
There is usually no need to refresh Firefox unless there are severe issues with the current profile that you can't fix.
Did you had specific reason to refresh Firefox?
