When it aks me open or download, can I choose where to save?

I use Firefox 60 I set default download folder to Downloads, and I am satisfied with it. But there's some time I need to save my download to another where. How can I do this when firefox ask me want to open or download, or other timing?

When the download window opens, you can change the file name and even the download location.

BTW, I know I can choose always ask me where to save, but I don't want to do this. I want to choose where to save only if I am asked to save or to open. Because downloading some kind of files from some websites without asking me anything is useful.
