I'm getting this reference number on one like it on several different web sites. I have been reading similar problems but don't see a fix.

I get it at shopping sites & bank sites. I think I narrowed it down to one thing. After several of hours of trying different things: Using Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge and having the same problem accessing web sites, I decided to switch from My Comcast to My Frontier Internet Provider. This solved the problem. When going to back to comcast, it return to the problem.

Such a message can be generated by a filter protecting the server against misuse. It is possible that the IP you get when you use Comcast is currently in a such a blocklist.

Comcast is sending new gateway Modem. We'll see what happens. I'll keep you posted.
