One of 2 accounts isn't downloading emails
I have 2 email accounts in Thunderbird. One is working flawlessly; the other hasn't been able to download messages since 7/23/2018 - which MAY be when I last updated Thunderbird to 52.9.1
When I click "Get Messages", I first see "[account nickname]: Downloading message 1 of XXX...", then it immediately switches to "No new messages", and it downloads no messages at all.

The problem somehow vanished overnight, after over 2 weeks and without an update.

BTW, I did verify that the account is in good working order -- I can retrieve emails fine from another computer.
