How to create new mailing list in Firefox Quantum

I have a sub group of my contacts that I want to put into a new Mailing list (distribution list). How do I make a new list?

A mailing list is related to email functions. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". Seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
