This implies you have turned on 2-step authentication. Without the security code you cannot get to the account. What happened to your offline security codes?

And without the recovery key you won't be able to reset the password.

Turning on both, 2-step authentication and recovery key are deliberate actions, so one would assume you take good care of your codes.

Without them you won't be able to access your account AFAIK.

Unfortunately I forgot to save them, until now I used only security code generated from Microsoft Authenticator app, yesterday I reset the phone to factory settings and everything was gone.

If you forget your password and reset it, your storage is wiped clean and is replaced with what is currently saved in Firefox on your devices.

Presumably this would not reset the 2-step authentication you deliberately set up. Once two-step authentication is enabled, every login will require a security code from your TOTP device.

So I guess your best bet is to start over with a new Firefox account.
