How do I set up sync to work one-way-only from the main desktop computer as a master source to all other connected devices as targets?

I want to sync only from my master desktop device across all other devices I have ie: Laptop and two other computers (HTC & 2 PC Desktop). Is that possible to do that?

With sync, there is no master. Any changes on one member of the sync is sent to all others.
