Can't log into Amazon account in Firefox.
When I try to log in to my Amazon account, I get to the password box, and it is filled with dots that can't be erased so I can't enter my password. Efforts to reset my password fail because the code sent by Amazon to my phone can't be entered because the password box is filled with dots. I can log in just fine from Chrome.
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
