I like and use the font "comic sans ms" for my mails. Since a long time I have been surprized that the font change during the typing process. For instance, I type a text, then I wich to past something into my text wich appears in another font (normal, the original font was different). But when I go on, I have to re-set the comic sans MS othewhise I stay in the past font, even if I type newline.

I presume you mean, you receive an email and you want to respond, so you click on 'Reply'.

A Write window opens and you are wanting to insert comments within the text which was part of the original email.

The original email that was sent to you probably contained a load of html css code which formatted the text. This means it will control what you type. So you would need to type your comment, highlight and select the font you want to use.

Or if you are typing all ok and then copy and paste text from another email you received or another document or perhaps something from a webpage, then you are not just copy pasting the text, you are also copying all the html formatting that created that text in the first place, so this is now dictating the format. This means you would need to reselect the font again.

So when you copy and paste text use this option which you select from the top menu. Edit > Paste without formatting or use 'Ctrl'+'Shift'+'V' keys.
