Firefox keeps crashing; here are crash IDs:

Crash ID: bp-70b39439-c1f8-4de1-ae47-2a5160210430 Crash ID: bp-93d76cd2-ba07-4f63-81b4-460c40210121

I try shift+firefox to get into "refresh"; it crashes then too. Version of Windows 10 is 1909.

Does anyone know what may be happening?
