Welcome back. I cannot restore bookmarks and passwords as instructed on the Firefox website. I don't have old data. AVF TuneUp scanned the system and automatically installed driver updates for me. After the update, the system crashed - Windowws10 Pro and the recovery function did not work. I had to turn on auto repair, with the option to keep my files. The files remained, but all installed applications were automatically removed as well. About Firefox after automatic repair did not keep passwords, bookmarks. I have a Firefox account and I had it before the failure. Because, based on the advice from Firefox, I cannot restore passwords, accounts and bookmarks (I do not have a copy on my computer) and there is no direct contact link on the help page so that I can send an email asking for help, VERY, VERY Mister please provide a link who will help me, to the person who will restore all the data from my account. Data necessary for work. So I PLEASE HELP AND GIVE A LINK TO THE PERSON WHO WILL HELP ME and restore my bookmarks, accounts and passwords in Firefox. best regards Grażyna

If you elected to save your data during the restore, it might still be there. But you need to help Firefox to find it.

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar. How many profiles are listed? How many should be there? Also, open the profile folder in your file explorer.

Note: With Windows, sometimes the old user data is stored in a folder called: Old Windows. This might be in your user folder.

Good morning, thank you for the tips. I searched the entire computer, opened all folders, files. Unfortunately, there is no older version of Windows. I still can't recover all my mails, accounts, passwords. I am asking you to restore them, can Firefox / Mozilla do it on their part, through their actions? I am asking you, the data is necessary for work. Best regards, Grażyna
