Firefox not able to send e-mail. First time failure, this afternoon.

We have been seeing blue circles, we believe are "busy" indicators. What action should we take to begin to fix the busy issue?

This afternoon we received a msg after attempting to send an e-mail that the application was not able to communicate with the outgoing SMPT server. We have not attempted to change any of the options with the SMPT server.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hello there We have read your message. We try to help you.


Is this issue still there? The good way is to check your Smtp setting. Look if there is a wrong setting or check propertaly if there are some misfilling in there. Do not hesitate and change the incorrectly entered values if there s one. Give the software the right instructions to enter the good values to get this server connection to work again.
