Hi Opahujo, Some sites - like this one - won't allow autofill. I need to enter my username first and then It will autofill the password. Is that what you are experiencing?

It worked fine for many years, but now it works only on some sites. At other sites even typing in the username does not autofill the password.

Cache/history clearing does not alter Firefox network settings. Resetting firefox does not work. I go to settings and click the relevanr autofill permissions which then work....untill my laptop is closed/shut down and Firefox then un ticks my autofill. I have given up and now sadly moved to using Google.

Even though I have both email addresses I commonly use, only. one ever shows up as an option, which is obviously very frustrating, as all my other browsers, and Firefox used to, show both, so I can choose which one to use, when. What happened???

Auto-fill can only work if you only have one login saved for this origin (protocol and hostname).
