Thunderbird stopped sending mail

For the past two days, Thunderbird (v 91.12.0) cannot send mail. The Send Message Error is displayed: Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Message Rejected (104) [7913E8004FDE/1659741666-650340]. Please check the message and try again. No Account Settings (IMAP/SMTP) have been changed recently. Thunderbird receives mail but cannot send new mail messages. Please advise on how to fix this outgoing mail problem. Thanks!

Since the error message is from the provider's server, you should talk to your email provider what it is all about.
