so the tab "scrolling" speed is so ridiculous that i dont even know what is it even used for? when i have lots of tabs opened and i press those arrows to scroll on the tabs row, it immediately scrolls into some random position, into the tabs that i didnt even see behind the scrolling arrows.

so is there a way to change that speed or some hyperscroll time delay or smth, so that i could actually scroll between the tabs and not get whacked into some random position among them?

Maybe look at toolkit.scrollbox prefs on the about:config page.
