Can't sign in on new PC, can't change password
I keep trying to sign in on my new Win 10 laptop. I have been double-checking my email and password each time; I am 100% certain they are correct, as I receive an account authorization email each time I try; when it's obviously incorrect, it does not send this email.
When I enter the code I am given, I am told my password is incorrect. Okay, no problem, I still have my old device where I'm still signed in. I tried to change the password -- old password is incorrect?!
I have had the same password for much longer than what is likely recommended for security reasons. I *know* what it is and yet I'm still being told it's incorrect.
Please help me. I can't work on my projects without my browser set up properly on my new PC. It's absurd that I can't even change it on my old PC.

At this point if you can't reset or change the password then it's the wrong password. You choices are email reset or QR code to reset the login and if these choices are not working there is nothing more that anyone here can do. Lost password access isn't something Firefox forum end user help can fix unfortunately.
