The weather widget on my Home page keeps showing a location that is not my location. I can't seem to remove it.

That is the site settings and if you use proxy/vpn connection it will give the wrong locations. And if you use Addons that block cookie tracking that will also cause wrong location tracking as well. If your having site issue then you need to contact that site for support about their site.
