I am running out of space in my Outlook email account and would like to save some folders onto my ubuntu computer so that they are still accessible. I have tried following selecting and saving but it only saves about 30 messages. It has also deleted the rest of the folder - help please.

You should be able to create a local folder and copy messages to the local folder and then delete from server.
