Links that are supposed to open in new tabs aren't
Since around last week (118.0.2 on Windows 10), links that are supposed to open in new tabs by default, such as the join link for a Blackboard webinar which opens in a new tab, aren't. When clicked, they don't do anything. Manual "open this link in a new window" links work, but windows that are supposed to automatically open in new tabs aren't responding. I have pop-ups turned on for the relevant websites. Here's the list of add-ons I have, but I don't think any of them are likely to interfere with tabs.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
@zeroknight It didn't, so presumably one of my extensions or settings is the problem. Do you have any idea which one? None of them seem to do anything directly related to tabs or pop-ups and I had them before the problem started.
