Empty Inbox for custom email (new business email)
Hi all,
Please can you assist me. I have just started using Thunderbird for my new business email address, in order to access my emails. I notice that the inbox will empty itself after I have read the emails/close the application. I've looked in all the other folders, archived etc, toggled the read/unread options etc but no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is this an IMAP or a POP account? who is the email provider, i.e, email host?
