I accidentally changed the display (the thick gray area) at the top of the page, under the menu bar. It is displaying three rows of the same icons such as: back and forward arrows, refresh symbol, home symbol, clock, printer, and more. How do I get rid of these and make gray bar thin again?

This happened

Just once or twice
