Where is the refresh browser tab ?
trying to refresh but unable to find tab...IE has the little up and down green arrows...yes? Where do I find them in Firefox?

You've probably found it by now... it's the blue arrow going in a circle, near the back/forward buttons. If that's missing, you can customize the bar to include it by using View > Toolbars > Customize. Just drag what you want into the bar where you want it, and vice versa.
