Most news sites provide RSS feeds. If you have one that you like, use the procedure in the Live Bookmarks - Subscribe to a web page for news and updates article to add the feed from that site.

One option is to right click on the Latest Headlines icon and select properties. For feed location, replace it with http://feeds.boston.com/boston/news/nation
