f11 key on new hp laptop is locked out, i used new full sccreen button on ff 3.6 and have no way short off shutting done browser to get out of full screen, thx

Open the Windows Task Manager > Processes tab and kill the firefox.exe process.
Does that laptop have an F-lock or Fn key key?
You you hover the mouse to the top then the Navigation toolbar should appear.
If you right-click that bar then you get a context menu with an "Exit Full Screen Mode" entry.
