When I open firefox and pressed a button facebook, youtube or yahoomail my email and password would always appear on the logins and by just pressing the login button the program opened. we are on a shared computer and my privacy then is at risk. I want to it blank so nobody can access my account except me.

Go to Tools|Options|Security and uncheck both boxes in the "Passwords" area.

Then you will want to click the "Saved Passwords" button which will display a list of all your passwords. Click on the "Remove all" and all of the passwords in the list will be deleted.

If the other people on the shared PC are using the save password function then you do not want to uncheck the boxes in the password area.

Instead, click on the "Saved Passwords" button and find your sites. Highlight each and then click on the "Remove" button (NOT remove all). This will eliminate just your passwords. When you access those web sites again just answer "No" when FF asks if you want to save your login data.
