How do I enable MS Active X controls to gain access to website?
I created an exception for the website, but I am still being told that I must enable MS Active X controls to gain access.

ActiveX is an Internet Explorer control system, you will need to use IE for the site if it requires ActiveX.
Firefox doesn't do ActiveX.

Understood - I switched browsers and went into the IE security settings and adjusted the Add-In settings to allow Active components, but I'm still getting the same message. Any suggestions?
