Has Flickr support emailed you to "get another browser" when you ask them about why pages don't load properly?

This is a new low. Like lots of people, I've had trouble with pages on Facebook and Flickr loading completely, or even not at all. Sometimes they load in html, with hyperlinks that don't link.

Flickr's most recent response to my questions: "Please get another browser."

I don't think so. I can live without Flickr. Or Facebook.
