Can't bookmark anything nor do they show up on my tab anymore.

I had my entire bookmark tab filled up plus some extra, Now their all gone and I can't bookmark any pages, no matter what the website is. This only has happened since installing the latest version of Firefox I uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times now and its still the same.

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

turns out if you have 4.0 and 3.6 neither will work correctly, got rid of both then re installed a NEW 4.0 from Mozilla. Everythings working right now.
