my fingerprint password program doesn't work in Firefox 4, can I go back to earlier ff?

I have digital persona personal fingerprint recognition for all my passwords and form fill-ins. It does not work with firefox 4. I want to go back to earlier firefox when everything worked. How do I dump firefox 4 and restore version prior to this?
