since downloading 5.0, i cannot open a new tab. how to get back 4.0?

will not open 'new tab' with clicking on symbol or right click.

One common cause of this problem is the Ask toolbar. If you have it, you may be able to disable or remove it here:

Tools > Add-ons > Extensions
