I got a message to update my version of Firefox which I did. There was a warning that McAfee Site Adviser "MIGHT" not work but Mozilla would check for a later and compatible version. I went ahead with the update. THEN I was told that there was no version that was compatible with Firefox. I'd like to BACK-UP to the last version that WAS compatible with McAfee Site Adviser. When you fix the problem with Firefox 5.0 THEN I would like to use it but I want the protection McAfee Site Adviser provides. The only other solution I can see is to abandon Firefox.

The Site Advisor add-on it is blocklisted by Mozilla due to that Site Advisor extension being the #2 cause of crashing the Firefox 5.0 betas. McAfee was notified of the problem long before that extension was added to the blocklist. Now it is up to them to fix it.

I have read that McAfee is working on a re-written version that is projected to be available in the 3rd week of July.
