I would like to save some of my passwords to certain sites but others I would like to not have it remembered. I have gone into the Tools option menu and under the security tab there is a place to check for the computer to remember but when I click on the exceptions button, I cannot enter anything new.

Exceptions are entered automatically on the Password Exceptions list when you choose "Never for this site" when prompted to save a password. Change your mind later, go to the Password Exceptions list, click the site name, click Remove, and the next time you go to that site and a password is requested you will again be asked if you want to save the password.
