Question

opening New Window opens a window w. no Bookmakrs Toolbar. toggling the View..Bookmarks Toolbar does make it appear.

in addition, the new window shows two top "bands" around hte window. One says Firefox, the one below it says Firefox w a drop down menu.

Sounds like an extension conflict.

thank you. it seems to be xmarks. no updates were found so I have disabled it for now.
