Mozilla Firefox 8.0 Hangs (once on every PC boot); whenever i upload file via "browse file"?

I am using Windows XP SP 3 and Firefox version 8.0. Whenever i upload a file via any "browse file" input field, the firefox stops responsing. Then i just remove firefox.exe from task manager and disable my LAN connection. When Firefox.exe is removed, then i again try uploading file, and then second time file gets uploaded without error again.

This occurs Once on every pc boot, why??

Upgrade your browser to Firefox 9 and check
