I updated Firefox. No compatible Norton toolbar. I want the Identity Safe feature back. I used to be able to go back to a prior date to loose the update, but have not used this in Vista and cannot remember where to find it. Is there any other alternative to get back my Norton task bar?

sallybok, you probably have a older version of the Norton toolbar extension. Have you tried doing the Live update with Norton as suggested?

See this:

Some users have mentioned that they had to run the Live Update 3 times to get both Norton add-ons for Firefox to become installed.

Firefox states that the Norton tool bar is incompatible with 9.0.1. How do I find the screen to backdate the update?
