windows server 2003 cannot find the media player plug in

i have searched for hours now and cant find the needed plug in for the recent update on fire fox for windows server 2003

i found this, the link is active, but i do not known and i can not test it myself for what it is in there !

and i do not think is for the last update because is from feb '11
