My new printer will not print anything when I attempt to print out selections such as an itinerary on a travel web page. Every other feature of the printer works o k such as printing e-mails. I have Windows 7 Professional 64 bit system.

For a newly installed printer, you may need to reset some hidden preferences, print.print_printer, in particular, for Firefox to recognize the new printer.
