Hi, Ever since I updated the new Version 9, my internet closes intermittently for no reason or report, plus it seems to be hanging for longer periods. Can anyone help with this, the system I am using is Windows7. Thanking you in advance, Rgds Arthur
My system is windows 7 and the laptop I am using is a 4 month old Sony Vaio.

Perform the suggestions mentioned in the following articles:
- Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet
- Server Not Found - Troubleshoot connection problems
- Clear Cookies & Cache
- Clear the Network Cache
Check and tell if its working.
-> Update All your Firefox Plugins
- https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
- When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)
- Restart Firefox

Hi mha007, A few of my plugins were out of date, so I installed the newer versions and the it had speeded up Operating System dramtically, just have to wait and see if this solves the intermittent crashes.
