Firefox not completely updating.

I recently updated to the current 11.0 version of Firefox but it seems it's not completely updated bcuz when I try to submit feedback to Firefox it says ...

Oh! So, you want to offer us feedback on Firefox. Thank you, but you'll need to be on the latest version.

To do that, simply go to our download page and install/update to the latest version of Firefox!

But when I go under About Firefox under Help it says I have 11.0 version You are currently on the release update channel. When I went to a certain website it also notified me to please update your browser to view this website. I did update ! I have 11.0 but I think it didn't completely update or something. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still have the same issue. I downloaded the 11.0 update through the Firefox website. Please, help me get it completely updated. Thank you !

Oh and I'm using a Windows Vista on a Acer Aspire 5735 Laptop.

Your user agent is corrupted by Fast Browser Search (FBSMTWB) and that identifies you as Firefox/3.5.3

see your user agent:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090824 Firefox/3.5.3 GTB5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) FBSMTWB

you must reset user agent, see in the link the "Other causes" to do that easily
