Firefox 13.0 (and the previous version) in FIPS mode always asks me to enter my master password twice. Can I make it stop this behavior or is this a bug?

When Firefox opens it presents a popup requiring my master password. I enter the master password and click okay. But another master password entry box is behind the first and it also requires me to either enter the master password or close it via the x - either seems to work. This is just annoying. Can I make it stop this behavior?

You probably need to enter the MP only once and close the other pop-up .
You can also drag the MP pop-up window slightly to check if there are other windows behind it.
