a window for "FileIce.net" is frozen on my screen and I can't get it off.

one of my kids was using my computer w/o permission. They haven't told me exactly what they were doing, but one of them did say they were looking at a website that had something to do with downloading something from a website regarding Playstation 3 onto the computer, putting that onto a flashdrive, then transferring that to their Playstation 3. I can't say I know that's what has caused this to happen. However, there is a sort of sign-up/download window for a site called FileIce.net which I can't close on the screen. I can minimize it, which I have done. I don't see anything about it on my population of programs under Control Panel/Programs and Features, even when looking at the dates things may have been installed. What do you suggest?
