I have lost the wi-fi signal status from the menu bar - how do I replace it?

As far as I remember from my Mac, the Wi-Fi signal icon is there always, whether I am running Firefox or not. Are you sure, the problem is Firefox-related?

PS: could be, that it's a USB device, and it's been removed inadvertently...

Hello, go to /System/Library/CoreServices/Menu Extras/ and enable the AirPort.menu
