Firefox crashes

Firefox just randomly closing itself, sometimes it shows me a window that asks me to restart or send something to firefox, but not always, the longest it lasted today was 15 minutes before it crashed. I updated flash, i'm on the latest version, i disabled the rest of the plugins.

Looks like Shockwave Flash is hanging.

Your system details shows that you have TWO versions of Flash installed:

  • Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0
  • Shockwave Flash 13.0.r0

Remove the 12.0.r0 and see if that helps

Hello, it is not related, but in your system details we can see that you have in your profile folder the User.js file.

(The user.js file does not exist by default. If you create the file forget it, if not delete the User.js file. Note that some programs create and write in the User.js file also).
