how to remove mediaplayer 12.7 popup, tried resetting didn't work
keep getting a popup from " mediaplayer 12.7 " requesting I download. I did not download. I have tried resetting firefox, but I still get the popup. I checked all my settings and don't see anything out of line. I really don't know what else to do.

You computer became infected with some kind of malware. Follo the steps in [PAGE] and you should be good to go.
